You upload a PO or invoice — DocuMesh extracts the document number (e.g. INV-2024-555)

Before every export — we automatically check if that number was already pushed to QuickBooks, Xero, or any platform

If duplicate found — you see a warning with the original push date and job ID. You choose whether to proceed or cancel

After every export — the document number is recorded so future uploads of the same invoice are caught automatically
